My Login user guide

Step 1

To register for an account click the Login/Register link at the top of any of the My Login pages. You will then arrive at the sign up page, click on the Register button.

Step 2

On the next screen enter your details and click 'Register'

Please note that a password must:

• Have a least 1 upper case character
• Have at least 1 lower case character
• Have at least 1 number
• Be at least 6 characters in total

Step 3

Once you've submitted the form we will send you an email with a link to complete your registration. This is for security purposes, as it confirms that you have access to the email account you've provided. If you cant see the email in your inbox please check your junk mail. Click on the link in this email to activate your account. If you don’t do this within 30 minutes of receiving the email you will need to request a new one.

Step 4

After verifying your email, you can sign into My Login. You will need to confirm your details and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy to complete your registration.
