You may have problems signing in to My Login if you:
- Cant remember your password or username
- Have entered the incorrect password too many times
- Didn’t verify your email address when you created an account
Verifying your account
If you did not verify your account through email, or your verification link has expired you will need to sign into your account again to get a new verification link. When you sign into your account again, the email verification reminder will appear on your screen to notify you that a new verification link has been sent.
Forgotten password
You can find the link to reset your password on the sign in screen. To reset your password enter your email address or username and click submit. Instruction for creating a new password will then be sent to your email address.
If you do not receive an email after resetting your password this may be because you dont have a live account, we would recommend creating a new account.

When you are experiencing issues accessing the portal trying the following might help:
- Clear your cookies
- Try a different browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox)
- Try a different device if you have one
- Apple devices may need their settings updating to accept cookies to ensure the system works correctly
