Managing your account and transaction history
Your account shows a summary of your settings, recent activity and personal information. To see your account information and history, first you will need to sign in.
To see your personal information click on 'My Profile' at the top of the page
My Contact History will show a list of your recent contacts with the council.
My Requests will list any service requests that you have submitted to us via the portal, phone, email or face to face. You will be able to click on them and see a more detailed view. Where the option is available you will also be able to cancel or amend some of your requests.
