The Student and Apprentice membership package is a discounted membership for people who are in full-time education/apprenticeship.

Forward to Health is a scheme designed for people with medical conditions, with the aim of increasing activity and improving health. The Forward to Health scheme may be a self-referral or GP referral.  

Key Benefits 

• 12-week programme consisting of three one to one assessments with a personal exercise instructor.
• To be eligible to join, you must have a pre-existing medical condition. 
• During your first appointment, you will undergo a health check and will be asked to complete a questionnaire to ensure you are suitable to join the scheme. 
• Inclusive use of the gym, exercise classes and swimming.
• Nutritional advice and a personalised exercise programme.
• Regular reviews to monitor progress. 

Following the 12 week programme, you will be offered an exclusive three-month membership costing £20.50 per month.

Leisure Linx is a discounted membership for people in receipt of specific benefits which can be used to access facilities during off peak times (Monday to Sunday until 5pm). 

To be eligible for the scheme, you must be in receipt of one of the following: 

• Working Tax Credit, Universal Credit, Income Support, Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit
• A registered job seeker and in receipt of Jobseekers Allowance
• In receipt of Incapacity Benefit
• Must live within South Staffordshire (Please bring a copy of your council tax bill when signing up)

The Corporate membership package is a full membership offering a discounted rate for employees of local businesses.

• Get your business set up and added to our corporate list - it's quick and easy to do!  
• Memberships and payments are managed by the employee
• All the business has to do is complete a short registration form and help promote the scheme internally to employees
