The council manages seven commercial estates with a range of premises let on a variety of flexible lease terms.

Four Ashes Enterprise Centre

Four Ashes Enterprise Centre, Latherford Close, Four Ashes, WV10 7BY

Four Ashes Enterprise Centre is a thriving business park near Wolverhampton that caters for new start-ups and existing small and medium-sized businesses.  This development provides 32 modern, high quality industrial units ranging in size from 807 to 4,000 square feet.

South Staffordshire is home to over 5,500 businesses and 108,000 residents. The district is predominantly Green Belt with beautiful rural countryside that benefits from fantastic transport connections and attracts over 2.3 million tourist visits a year.

The district is home to i54 South Staffordshire and has attracted other major businesses including Moog, Eurofins, ISP and Jaguar Land Rover. The majority of South Staffordshire businesses are however, micro, small and medium sized enterprises.

The South Staffordshire Business Hub, located in Codsall, has been set up by South Staffordshire Council to assist local businesses with the challenges they face. The hub offers practical services to help your business grow, access new customers, reduce overheads and thrive for years to come.

Element Court

Element Court is at the confluence of the regions motorway network. Located at the northern fringe of the Wolverhampton and Black Country conurbation, Element Court has direct site access from the A460 Cannock Road onto the M54 Motorway (Junction 1) which connects the M6 (Junction 10a) The M6 Toll is approximately 4 miles north at Junction 11a of the M6.

The A460 is a primary bus route between Wolverhampton and Cannock. Intercity and regional rail services are available from Wolverhampton and Birmingham New Street.
