Local Plan Review

Details of the review of the current adopted Local Plan for South Staffordshire.

Submission

Following the Regulation 19 consultation earlier this year, the council submitted the plan to the Secretary of State on 11th December, 2024.  An independent Planning Inspector(s) will be appointed to carry out a formal examination of the plan in due course.
