Each year, the council has a statutory requirement to publish its annual statement of accounts, which sets out the financial position of the authority on March 31st each year.
The statement includes a summary of money spent and received during the year and details the council's assets and how these are financed (our reserves).
The Statement of Accounts for 2023/24 have been signed off following inspection by our newly appointed auditors, Azets. These are available to view below
