Walking Football | Mondays 6.30pm-7.30pm |
Walk your way back into fitness and rediscover your competitive side. This session is a great way to get fit. It is suitable for all abilities aged 16 years+ and welcomes beginners. Call Codsall Leisure Centre to book on 01902 844032. |

Judo | Thursdays 5.30pm-7.30pm |
Judo is a great activity for all ages and abilities. We provide sessions for both children and adults. Judo gives you a full body workout, improves fitness and endurance and gives you self defence skills. The sport also focuses on discipline, respect and self confidence and is great for helping to manage stress. Adults classes are 6.30pm-7.30pm. |
Kickboxing | Saturdays 12.30pm-2.30pm | During this class you will be taught techniques and self-defence moves. This class builds on the basics and involves a lot of fitness and stamina work. You learn how to punch and kick on pads and shields, this helps build confidence and self-esteem. Sessions are available for children and adults.
