How to apply
sending the document to licensing@sstaffs.gov.uk and payment of fee via southstaffs.portal.uk.empro.verintcloudservices.com/site/southstaffs/request/licensing_payments
By post and in person
Download, print off and complete the relevant form found in the Downloads section

Remember to make your payment along with the application. The fee is £10.50.
