The Application is applied for as follows:- 

To vary the licensing plan for refurbishment/redecoration works including: 

* Alterations to the bar servery: to remove the bar servery in the existing sports zone and add a new smaller bar extension to the existing bar servery. 

• Remove the central wall structure to create a more viable space for the customers. 

• Create a new lobby between the dining area and rear garden area entrance/exit and garden enhancement works.

Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.

Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm.  Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.  Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee.
