You can conveniently access a wide range of council services from the comfort of your own home or while on the go. Whether you’re using a computer, tablet, or smartphone, South Staffordshire Council’s ‘My Login’ platform allows you to stay connected with essential services by receiving updates on reports you’ve made as well as applying online, requesting service support, paying bills and managing finances and reporting issues online.

Using our self-service portal, My Login, you can access the following: 

Apply

You can apply for council services online including garden waste subscriptions, housing services, housing benefits and council tax support, tree works permission and more.

You can pay your bills, council tax and fixed penalty notices online as well as managing your finances, setting up direct debits and requesting payment arrangements.

You can report issues to the council online including fly-tipping, littering, planning breaches, dead animals on the road, noise complaints, dog fouling, abandoned vehicles, antisocial behaviour and more.
