Every meeting of a committee or the full Council which is held has associated documents in the form of:

• a formal agenda
• a series of reports to be discussed (usually)
• the minutes, once the meeting is concluded these are produced and attached to these documents.

How to access this service

To view agendas minutes and reports for committees, full Council and the Executive you need to select the correct date from the diary of meetings (see link below), this will link you to the agenda for that meeting.  The agenda will then contain links to all the associated reports and minutes.

Documents are usually in PDF or Microsoft Word formats.
